MISSION

Currently Expanding, We Are Seeking a Talented and Passionate Trainer to Join Our Dynamic Team. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for better impact and ensuring our energy future.

You will be responsible for product training for clients (internal and external), including users and maintenance technicians. Your missions will include:

• Analyzing training needs and objectives by considering the expectations of internal departments (sales, HR, customer service) and the prerequisites of the trainees.
  
• Developing training materials and associated planning: training duration, pace, locations, structure, etc.
  
• Organizing and conducting training sessions in France and internationally.
  
• Designing and evolving educational materials (sequences, exercise/simulation design, tools used, etc.), offering in-person services as well as e-learning sessions (initially optional).
